At Antheia, we want every order to feel as effortless as the pieces themselves. Below is everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.
Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During launches and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.
Delivery
We ship worldwide. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. It can take 24–72 hours for tracking to activate.
Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier serving your area. International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance, and depending on your country, local import fees may apply. If you have a question about an estimate for your address, feel free to reach out.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. For multi-item orders, items may occasionally arrive separately depending on availability.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and your local carrier as soon as possible so we can help resolve it together.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please get in touch at info@antheiafit.com with your order number and photos where possible, so we can take care of it for you. We'll always do our best to make things right within the timeframes set by applicable consumer law.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to adjust details before dispatch — once a parcel is on its way, changes may not be possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy and your statutory right of withdrawal. We'll provide return instructions when you initiate a return.
Shipping fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown in your cart.
