Extensive Wear-Testing: In addition to mannequin testing, we conduct fittings with our own models and team members to ensure every body is considered.
Low Return Rate: We’re so proud of our 7% return rate, significantly lower than the industry standard of 45%. Most returns are due to customers ordering multiple sizes, so our actual return rate is even lower.
