Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT RETURN CHECK NOTICE:
All returned items undergo a rigorous inspection process:
- UV-Light Scan: To detect body oils, sweat, washing residue, and any wear marks.
- Scent Test: To identify odors or fragrances.
- Check for skin particles, sweat traces, washing residue, and signs of use: To ensure the item is unused.

🚫 If items are found to be worn, washed, or used, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To start a return, you can use this link to generate a return label. The cost of returns is equal to the shipping fee. 

We believe in keeping shipping costs reasonable for our customers. That's why we offer discounted shipping labels on all orders. We pay a portion of the shipping cost to keep it low for you. The same generous discount applies to our return shipping labels, ensuring the return cost is the same as the discounted shipping fee you paid when you placed your order. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and is always the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
