Returns & exchanges

1. Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We send you a link to our return portal.
3. Select your items, print your label or use the QR code, and drop off the parcel.

Store credit: free return label, credit to spend as soon as we receive your return. Refund: to your original payment method within 5 working days after we receive your return, minus the label cost below. Tell us your choice in your email.

Return the item and choose store credit: the label is free and you order the new size right away. Or choose a refund and place a new order.

Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging, and the hygiene seal unbroken on sealed items. Trying something on is fine; wearing it outside is not. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we can reduce or decline the refund, and we always email you first.

Don’t start a normal return. Email us your order number and 3 photos (the item, the problem, the care label). We pay the return and send a replacement or a refund.

Your return address comes with your label.

In the EU you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. UK customers have the same rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day policy is extra and never limits your legal rights.
