Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure your items are delivered as soon as possible. All orders are packed the same day they are placed, even after 10 PM. During the checkout process, customers receive an estimated delivery time. If we are unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We use express shipping lines and invest in fast order fulfillment. Deliveries typically take 1-3 days within Europe and 2-5 days to the USA, Australia, UK, and Canada. Parcels are delivered with PostNL, DHL (Express), GLS, Budbee, or UPS.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
