We are fulfilling all the orders the same day they are placed.

Our shipping times are 1-2 working days in Western Europe and 2-5 working days in the rest the world.

We believe in keeping shipping costs reasonable for our customers. Orders exceeding €90 qualify for free shipping. For all other orders, we offer discounted shipping labels and cover a portion of the shipping cost to keep it low for you.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

You can easily generate a return label through our return portal. To keep things simple and affordable, the return fee is the same as the discounted shipping fee. We also cover a portion of the fee here.
