Yes, you can return your order. UK and US returns run through our customer service, and it's just as simple:
- Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and which items you're returning.
- Within 1 working day we send you a return label and simple drop-off instructions.
- Drop the parcel off. Done — no international shipping to arrange yourself, ever.
A return label costs £4 (UK) or $4 (US), and it's free if you choose store credit.
Not sure about your size?
That's the most common reason people hesitate, so let's take it off the table.
Order the size you think fits. If it's not right, choose store credit in the portal — your return label is free, your credit lands as soon as we receive the parcel, and you order the right size straight away. No fee, no waiting for a refund to clear first.
That's what we mean by free size exchanges: you're never stuck with a size that doesn't work, and swapping it doesn't cost you anything.
How it works (EU — return portal)
- Open the return portal and select the items you're sending back.
- Choose store credit (free label) or refund (€4 / £4 label).
- Print your label, or use the QR code at the drop-off point.
- Drop the parcel off. We email you when it reaches us.

Store credit is always free, wherever you are.
UK and US returns are handled through our customer service: email info@antheiafit.com and we generate your return label — you never have to arrange international shipping yourself.
When you get your money back
We process returns within 5 working days of your parcel reaching us. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
We refund what you paid for the items, plus standard shipping if you paid it. A return label costs €4 (UK: £4), or nothing at all if you choose store credit.
What condition items need to be in
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Hygiene-sealed items only if the seal is unbroken
Trying something on is fine — that's the whole point. Wearing it out isn't.
When we refund you less
We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later. Your refund can be reduced, or declined, if:
- the tags have been cut off
- the item has been worn, washed or altered
- it comes back marked, stretched, or smelling of perfume or smoke
- the hygiene seal is broken
If we think this applies to your return, we email you before doing anything. You'll never just find a smaller amount in your account.
Something's wrong with the item
Don't start a normal return — this one's on us, not on you. Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and three photos: the whole item, a close-up of the fault, and the care label. We cover the return and sort a replacement or refund.
Your legal rights
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. UK consumers have equivalent cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day policy sits on top of those rights — it doesn't replace them. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Dutch, EU or UK law, including your right to a product that matches its description.
