Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. It works the same for every country: send us one email, and we send you the link to our return portal.
How to return — 3 steps
- Email us at info@antheiafit.com. Write your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
- Wait for our reply. Please allow us 2 working days.
- We send you a link to our return portal. Select your items, print your label (or use the QR code), drop off the parcel. Done.

Need a different size?
Return the item (3 steps above) and choose store credit — the label is free and you order the new size right away. Or choose a refund and place a new order.
When do I get my money?
Within 5 working days after your parcel reaches us. Your bank can take a few extra days to show it. We refund the price of the items, plus standard shipping if you paid it.
The items must be
- Unworn and unwashed
- With the original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Hygiene seal not broken (for sealed items)
Trying something on is fine. Wearing it outside is not.
When we refund less
If an item comes back worn, washed, altered, without tags, marked or stretched, or with a broken hygiene seal, we can reduce or decline the refund. We always email you first.
Damaged or wrong item?
Do not start a normal return. Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and 3 photos (the item, the problem, the care label). We pay the return and send a replacement or a refund.
Your legal rights
In the EU you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. UK customers have the same rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day policy is extra — it never limits your legal rights.
