Shipping
Free shipping on every order over €50. Under €50, shipping is €4 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days.

Every order over €50 ships free, to every country we deliver to in Europe. Your cart shows how close you are.
When will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Add the delivery time above and you have your window.
During launches and busy periods dispatch can take a day or two longer. If that affects your order, we email you — you won't have to chase us.
Tracking your parcel
You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us. It can take up to 24 hours before the carrier's first scan shows up, so don't worry if it looks empty at first.
Ordered several pieces? They occasionally travel in separate parcels. You'll get a tracking link for each one.
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived
Check with your neighbours and look for a card from the carrier first — that solves it most of the time. Still nothing? Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and we'll take it up with the carrier for you.
Something arrived damaged or missing
Email info@antheiafit.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it — don't send anything back before you hear from us.
I need to change my address
Email us as soon as you can after ordering. Before dispatch we can almost always change it. Once the parcel is moving, we can't.
Changed your mind about the size?
You have 30 days to return. A return label costs €4, or it's free if you choose store credit. Full detail in our Returns policy.
